Services
We provide design, development and automation services. Each project is scoped in a written quotation that includes deliverables, timeline and payment terms.
Payments
Most projects require an advance to begin work. Final files and hosting handovers are delivered after full payment. Refunds are handled case-by-case for cancelled projects.
Intellectual Property
On full payment, ownership of the final deliverables is transferred to you. We retain the right to showcase the work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
Revisions
Each package includes a defined number of revisions. Additional revisions can be provided at hourly rates.
Liability
DIGIWOX is not liable for indirect damages, downtime of third-party services, or loss of data outside our direct control.
